Thanksgiving was quite nice this year. In addition to the lovely and peaceful time spent with family, it was the first year we had a Tofurky!
Now, I’ve been a vegetarian for about 10 years, but I’ve never had a Tofurky. It was much better than I anticipated and even the meat eaters enjoyed a taste. Thanks, Trader Joes!
